Please honor all boundary fences. If you are not clear about the boundaries, do not cross a fence and ask members for clarification.
We are very interested in and enjoy having guests. We also want to make sure that our visitors are aware of what they are coming to and what is realistic to expect. We are on a raw land, we have very rustic accommodations - tent space, basic water supply (two developed springs with wonderful water and a creek in the canyon with ram pump used for plants watering), rough roadways, and the very beginnings of gardens (improving soil, minimal plantings). We have many projects in mind, and are happy to have you join us. However, on a daily basis, visitors and guests need to be very independent. "Work exchange" needs to be agreed upon with an individual member/sponsor.
If you are looking for an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature without the amenities of the modern world, we are a good fit. If you are looking for a retreat, you may find yourself working pretty hard to get your basic needs met. We hope to host retreats in the future when we have stronger membership base and a more developed infrastructure to help the transition be an easy one. Also while you visit us, we would like you to sign Waiver of Liability. Sorry but these hiccups of the outside world are still felt even here.
To make visiting arrangements, please contact us - you can call 303-929-0121 or send a message using the Contact Form. Please keep in mind that phone service is unstable so it may take a day or two before we get back to you.
